Status of our Website’s Development
We were hoping to have a full-blown, functioning site here, in all respects, by now. But, as we know, everything generally takes a bit longer than we’d like.
This whole concept came in its simplest form just a couple months ago. Fortunately, one of us, in a previous life (i.e. career) knew our digital printer of these signs. That was easy. We started with the message and adding the art and design didn’t take long either.
The other details- starting an L.L.C., getting an EIN, vendor’s license, wasn’t too bad. Neither was getting a domain name. It’s coordinating the bank, PayPal, and website software that’s been the challenge. Still trying to get all that coordinated and functioning.
So here’s where we’re at: We’re putting the website online now, just so you can see where we’re going with it. As for buying yard signs, we hope you’ll work with us old school until we can make it easy-peasy.
That means call or text or email what you want. We’ll tell you whether theres sale’s tax involved, what the shipping/packaging comes to (no handling charges), then give you the total for what you want. (We’re working on a chart for shipping costs, by FedEx zone and weight.) If you’re happy with that, the fastest way to get your yard sign is to send a check. If you want to wait until we have PayPal set up, that’s fine too. That should be in play NLT end of the first week of June.
We think you’re really going to like your yard signs. We’ve begun to see them locally and we’re quite pleased with the enthusiasm. Bottom line for us- we want you to be very happy with your signs, and more happy with the whole experience of taking a public stand for the preservation of America. On that note, though we don’t plan to have a comment section, we eagerly anticipate your field reports and will print some of them, with your permission, your first name, last initial, and your city/state. We hope that quite a story will come from our individual experiences.
